Electronics designer Lwera electronics & semiconductors


Performed research and development (R&D) covering concept validation, schematic capture, PCB design and assembly, and embedded systems engineering. Further work includes firmware development and prototype software in Python. Tools used include KiCad, Altium Designer, VS Code, ESP-IDF, the STM32 suite (STM32CubeIDE, STM32CubeMX), LTspice, NI Multisim, and Proteus.

Internship at MAK UNIPOD /lwera electronics & semiconductors


Six-month internship at the Makerere University Innovation Pod (MAK UNIPOD) in collaboration with Lwera Electronics and Semiconductors, focused on product design, product life cycle, electronics design, and firmware development. Designed and built three products: a vein locator, a smartwatch, and a 40W fast charger.
